Questions are being raised about the handling of another multi-million dollar government sport grants program. The questions come as Barnaby Joyce warns the Prime Minister of a Nationals revolt, reportedly saying he's prepared to cross the floor after his supporters were snubbed in this week's Cabinet reshuffle.
