The UN launches a record appeal for aid

The United Nations has launched a record appeal to help the tens of millions of people across the world in need of humanitarian aid.The U-N hopes to raise 22.5 billion U-S dollars to support those affected by conflicts, natural disasters, epidemics and displacement.
