Trade talk hiccups at the APEC summit in Vietnam

Trade ministers from 11 Pacific Rim countries say they have reached an agreement to proceed with the free-trade Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) deal.The T-P-P has been in doubt after U-S President Donald Trump abandoned it in January.
