Turkey vows retaliation after Ankara blast

Turkey's President has vowed to retaliate after a deadly blast in the capital, Ankara. At least 28 people were killed and 61 injured during the peak hour bombing. With the Turkish government battling different forces on multiple fronts it is not immediately clear who was behind the bombing.
