UN documents 'staggering horrors' in Iraq

The United Nations has revealed more than 18,000 civilians have been killed in Iraq in less than two years, since January 2014. In a new report, the UN also estimates 3,500 people, mainly women and children, are being held as slaves by I-S militants in Iraq.
