Uncertainty in Europe after Davutoglu resignation

There's been uncertainty amongst European leaders and in the markets after the resignation of Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu (Dah-voo-TOH-loo). He says he will stand down at an extraordinary congress of his ruling AK Party later this month. Analysts fear it could herald a further shift towards authoritarianism for the country.
