For those who've been living under a rock- there's a horse race in Melbourne tomorrow afternoon that may command the attention of a few million people for a few minutes.But whilst the country catches its annual dose of Melbourne Cup fever, there's plenty else going on in the world of sport- particularly in football and cricket as summer approaches, whilst there are also Aussies working hard in the northern hemisphere winter.
