The Boao Forum for Asia 2018 Annual Meeting was held in Boao from April 8th to April 11th. Chinese President Xi Jinping announced plans on April 10th to open up the Chinese economy, including lowering tariffs for autos and other products and enforcing the legal intellectual property of foreign firms.
