Beijing has announced its plan to expel population who living with a low-end social status by cracking down illegal residential shelter. The Chinese capital government says it will cap its population at 23m long-term residents by 2020 and keep it at that level for the long term. The government's cracking down action is widely criticized by public due to its brutal style such as force migrants workers and small business owners to leave Beijing within three days in the harsh cold winter. Some audience expressed their concerns about the incident regarding human rights while others believe the government is doing their job correctly.
