Health Minister Sussan Ley, who has been beset by the saga scandals of misuse of public money, resigned last week. Several other federal ministers and a Tasmanian senator are also involved in the scandal of misuse of public funds. Independent Senator Nick Xenophon says there is a need to form an independent regulatory body to lodge complaints about the misuse of public funds in a formal way.
