Action: Panama papers, shall we stop tax heaven? An international coalition of media outlets on last Sunday published what it said was an extensive investigation into the offshore financial dealings of the rich and famous, based on a vast trove of documents provided by an anonymous source. More than 800 wealthy Australians are being investigated by the Australian Taxation Office over their dealings with a secretive Panama-based law firm used by the rich to hide money. Meanwhile, family members of at least eight current and former members of China's politburo are said to have set up offshore companies through Mossack Fonseca. What shall we do towards tax heaven? Shall we stop it?
