Animal rights group: Yulin Dog Meat Festival not a local cultural event

Animal rights activists have clashed with stall-holders at the dog meat festival in the southern Chinese town of Yulin where thousands of dogs are expected to be slaughtered. PETA Asia project coordinator Ms Szuching Chi is calling on animal welfare and says the Yulin Dog Meat Festival is not a local cultural event. Dong Xing reports.
