Auburn Mayor Le Lam's ties to Salim Mehajer

The NSW Government has suspended Sydney's Auburn City Council and appointed an administrator while a public inquiry examines allegations of councillors misusing their positions. Le Lam, a Chinese backgrounded former Mayor of Auburn City Council, who is also the Managing Director of Real Estate Company defended for Salim Mehajer in a face to face interview with Nila Liu. Salim was described as a hard working, gentle and responsible person by Le. Le also criticised the state governments suspending decision that is for its actual purpose of the local council amalgamations plan.
