Myanmar's de facto leader, Aung San Suu Kyi has condemned all human rights violations - vowing that anyone responsible for abuses against the Rohingya Muslim minority in Rakhine state will face justice. It was Ms Suu Kyi's first national address since a fresh round of violence broke out in the western state almost three weeks ago - causing hundreds of thousands of people to flee the country.
