Australian ultra-marathon athlete and former federal MP Pat Farmer has set out on his latest challenge - running from southern to northern India, to raise money for female education there. Farmer set out on India's Republic Day - which also happens to be Australia's national day, January 26 - with hundreds of supporters at the starting line.
