'Baby Asha' released into community detention

The Immigration Minister has confirmed that asylum-seeker baby 'Asha' will be temporarily spared from being returned to Nauru, but that she would ultimately end up there. Baby 'Asha' has been released into community immigration detention after doctors at a Brisbane hospital refused to discharge her until suitable accommodation was found.
