The Coalition and Labor have agreed to cut back a baby bonus payment worth $367 million as part of the deal to pass the $6.3 billion omnibus savings bill. The government has made many changes of the social welfare system. Many Chinese Australian support the reforms. But social worker Ada Poon from Centre for Holistic Health has a slightly different opinion
