Baby snacks are hiding excessive amounts of sugar

In a recent review, a number of “healthy” baby snacks contain up to 70% sugar. However, on the package, the food manufactures said their products contain 99% fruits and vegetable. The dietician Adeline Wong said parents do not need to worry too much if their children do not eat out the whole bag of snack at once. But she said parents should read the nutrition label carefully.
