Brexit deal passes EU, moves to British parliament

The Brexit process has moved to its next and perhaps most difficult stage. After European Union leaders approved the divorce deal, it is now up to the British parliament to approve it. British prime minister Theresa May and EU chiefs warn there will be no renegotiation of the withdrawal agreement if the British parliament rejects it.
