British PM calls for end to Brexit talks stalemate

Britain and the European Union remain at odds about how the Irish border should be regulated post-Brexit. With barely six months until Britain leaves the European Union, Britain's Prime Minister has appealed directly to fellow E-U leaders to back her plan, warning other proposals could rip the country apart.
