The Burundian community of South Australia has expressed its dismay after yet another drowning death at one of the state's best known beaches. It comes after a second drowning in eight days. Now, as Evan Young and John Hayes-Bell reports, the Surf Life Saving movement is calling for better beach safety education for migrants and tourists.
