As the next host of the Winter Games in 2022, Beijing is watching the Olympic Games in the South Korean city of Pyeongchang closely. The Chinese government has begun pouring billions of dollars into building a winter-sports culture from nothing. And as Katrina Yu reports, the government is spending large amounts of money on transforming rural towns outside Beijing into skiing hubs ahead of the Olympics.
