China is investing tens of billions of dollars as part of an ambitious plan to revive the centuries-old Silk Road trade route. Leaders from almost 30 nations have attended a two-day (may 14-15) meeting in Beijing to discuss what is being termed the One Belt One Road initiative. Aileen Phillips reports.
