Chinese Australian citizens enter China with Chinese passpoprt, shortcut or offence?

Foreign Affairs Minister Julie Bishop says there's confusion over the passport of a third Crown executive being detained in China. From what we learned, entering China by a valid Chinese passport is a quite common shortcut used by those Australian Chinese who are unwillingly to give up the Chinese nationality. Australian lawyer Daniel Shen from AHL Legal said as Australia recognizes dual nationality, Chinese Australian citizens with a valid Chinese passport are allowed to enter Australia. But they may face serious charges if committing crimes back in China. Mandarin Producer Alan Qu reports.
