Chinese community celebrates the International Labor Day

Epping city council will hold the art performance to celebrate the International Labor Day On April 30.


Ms. Dan Liu, the head of the art publicity department of Australian Chinese Worker Association, said most members of the Chinese art community in Australia are retirees who immigrated to Australia with their children. They normally would like to get together to sing and dance while find their own entertainment in this foreign land. Ms. Liu also said, for elders, people inevitably suffer from various diseases. But by participating in literary and artistic activities, many people have found the hope of life.
