Police in the Netherlands have detained a man after he was found driving a van containing gas canisters near a stadium where a rock concert was cancelled. Authorities say they decided to call off the concert after receiving a tip from Spanish officials about a possible attack. So far, no link has been made between the latest incident and last week's deadly attacks in Barcelona.
