Expansion of China's green card range is more conducive to attracting talents

The 23rd International Metropolis Conference is held at the International Convention Center (ICC) Sydney from 29 October to 2 November 2018. The annual international event provides a unique platform for experts from around the world to come together to debate, discuss and critique current policies related to migration, diversity and integration. Some Asian scholars shared their study and view at the conference of "The dynamics shifts of migration and mobility in Asia". Professor Henry Huiyao Wang, founder and president of Center for China and Globalization, counselor of China State Council, shared his view of China's plan of attracting talents.
