Fair trading hotline: NSW gift card new law - changes has commenced on 31 March

On 31 March, the NSW Government brought in a mandatory minimum expiry period of 3 years for most gift cards and gift vouchers sold to a consumer in NSW, as well as a ban any administration fees after the card is bought. Vicky Chen from NSW Fair Trading introduced the new changes in the talk-back.
