A latest assessment from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development says Australian housing market poses a risk to the nation's economic growth going forward, Australia's financial stewards and bank regulators should be prepared for a hard landing in the housing market. Dr. Song Shi, Associate Professor from School of the Built Environment in UTS, told SBS Mandarin that Australian Government won't save the property market for the healthy of the industry.
