Greens' cannabis plan could net billions

A Parliamentary Budget Office ((PBO)) costing of the Greens' proposal to legalise recreational cannabis says the move could raise almost $2 billion a year. The costing suggests legalising the drug would raise about $3.6 billion over the next four years. Peggy Giakoumelos reports.
