Mr Qian Gang (Gang Qian) is a non-fiction writer and journalist in China. In 1986 he published "The Great Tangshan Earthquake" which recorded incredible stories of survival during the disaster. The book won national accolades.Mr Qian is now the Head of China Media Project, Journalism and Media Studies Centre at Hong Kong University.
