During his remarkable visit to Hong Kong for celebrating the 20th Anniversary of Hong Kong's return to China, Chinese President Xi Jinping witnessed the signing of Guangdong - Hong Kong - Macau Greater Bay Area development agreement. Meanwhile, Hong Kong is planning to build its second CBD for accelerating its economic development. Analysts has worried that Hong Kong will be eventually merged into Mainland China's economic system. But Dr Tang Kai believes that Hong Kong will remain its significance as a financial centre.
