A report from the Daily Telegraph said, Chinas huge demand for dairy and Australian baby formula driving up butter prices. But Professor Zhao of the Department of Food Science at the UNSW does not fully agree with this view. Professor Zhao reminded consumers need pay attention to the Trans Fat when they buy the margarine.
