ICC (International China Concern) has been helping disabled orphans in China since 1993.

There are historical reasons why some parents in China abandoned their new born babies with disability. However, these abandoned babies found by ICC was wrapped up in blanket, and were left with food around them. Clearly, their parents didn't want them to die.

David Gotts, the founder of ICC, saw children with disability suffering in China during his visit in 1993. He was then inspired to start a team to help these children and to find their potentials.

Most orphans in ICC were adopted by American couples.
