Five hundred wounded and ill veterans from 18 nations are descending on Sydney to compete at Prince Harry's Invictus Games. Jiao Lu tells you why the game can help soldiers move on with their lives.


Meet Garry Robinson DSM – survivor, veteran, competitor, husband and father. In 2010, Australian Army Sergeant Robinson sustained terrible injuries in a Black Hawk helicopter crash in Afghanistan. He was in hospital for two years but with strength, determination and the love of his family he's living a new life.
