Iraq's Prime Minister has called for a day of celebration after troops recaptured the last stronghold in Fallujah from self-proclaimed Islamic State fighters. Haider al-Abadi had declared victory there a week ago, but sporadic fighting persisted. It comes more than two years after the city fell to IS. The militants still control significant areas in northern and western Iraq, including the country's second-largest city of Mosul.
