While housing price in Sydney has seen a dramatic fall from last July, financial analyst Julius Wei thinks this downturn is quite logical due to the proliferation of newly-built apartments.
The downturn of Sydney's housing market is similar to what happened in 1989 when Australia was suffering from
financial crisis.
Analyst Julius Wei was not worried about dramatic fall of housing price, but was concerned about sluggish pay growth in Australia.
