Australian Capital Territory will now be able to prescribe drugs for medical abortion after a new law passed General Practitioners in the on last Wednesday. Owing to the new laws the ACT will no longer require abortion to be carried out in an approved facility. Doctors will now be able to prescribe RU486, which will allow women to chemically trigger a miscarriage on their own. Interview with Ms. Clare Wong, an Australian obstetrician specialist, to discuss the safety of the abortion drug RU486. And also discuss allowing women to miscarriage on their own will lead to a younger abortion problem?
