Following the official resumption of the US Second Fleet established during the Cold War, the Russian Defense Minister announced the largest military exercise since the Cold War on August 29. Chinese and Mongolian troops will also participate in the exercise. Is the arms race inevitable? Professor Yuanjing Dong from Sydney University shared his view on the topic.
