The Turnbull government is preparing to privatise a swath of government payments in a bid to drag the Commonwealth's under-funded and outdated payment delivery systems into the digital age. Is this the first step to privatize Medicare? Who will win over the bidding of payment service of Medicare? Alan spoke with Senior Lecture Mr Quan Gan from the Unversity of Sydney.
