焗田螺是法國名菜,如果你還未有機會嚐過這味菜式,可以聽聽李太與楊蕙而的介紹,在家中下廚做這味名菜。


材料: 罐裝田螺12隻,蒜蓉1茶匙,無鹽牛油1湯匙,乾蔥頭1茶匙,白餐酒1茶匙,田螺殼12個,半份馬鈴薯蓉。

香草牛油材料:
無鹽牛油70克,雜香草1湯匙,蒜蓉2茶匙,乾蔥頭2茶匙,鹽1/4茶匙。
調味:鹽1/4茶匙,胡椒粉少許。

馬鈴薯蓉材料:
薯仔3隻(約600克),無鹽牛油2湯匙,鮮奶20克。
調味:鹽1/4茶匙,胡椒粉少許
