【美食速遞】燒鴨配金桔醬

材料:
鴨1隻(2公斤), 麵包糠1/2杯,牛油3湯匙,洋蔥1/2個(切碎),西芹4條(切碎),栗子肉4安士(煮熟、切碎),提子乾1/4杯,乾百里香1/4茶匙, 乾迷迭香1/4茶匙,鹽和胡椒粉各少許,清雞湯1/2杯,牛油4湯匙。

金桔醬:
金桔(洗淨)2杯,砂糖1杯,清水1/2杯,檸檬汁3湯匙。
