Australia had more than 600 elderly people in the 12 months before June 2016 was over 100 years old, Australian Bureau of Statistics data shows. The total number of centenarians in Australia now is exceeded 4,870, three-quarters of which are women. And this figure is expected may reach 41,000 in 2050. In the pursuit of longevity on the road of human life, how should we have the dignity of becoming old?
