My Grandfather's Journey Through WWI- Veteran Chip Henrriss Is Sharing His Family Story

Veteran Chip's grandfather, a gentle giant, lost his left arm in WWI after being conscribed as a soldier fighting for Austria.


Veteran Chip Henrriss' grandfather was conscribed to fight for Austria in World War I. 

After WWI, his grandfather was given a store to run and raised his family. However,  WWII then tore his business apart, and one of his son joined the western front. 

As Chip could remember, his grandfather could easily cry as he heard a sad story or a sad song.
