MySchool website reveals 'widespread gains' in numeracy and literacy

The national curriculum authority says the latest data on academic performance in Australian schools shows widespread gains in numeracy and literacy across the country. The information is based on academic and financial figures from 10-thousand schools, published via the federal government's My-School website. But as Yin Wu reports, some educators are concerned that parents and guardians are receiving an incomplete picture of how students and schools are faring.
