South Korea's new president, Moon Jae-in, (jay-IN) is promising to immediately address North Korea's advancing nuclear ambitions. The Democratic Party leader's election victory ends nearly a decade of rule by those strongly opposed to attempts at conciliation on the Korean Peninsula. But as Yin Wu reports, in a major political shift for the country, President Moon is promising a fresh approach.
