North Korea has sharply criticised fresh sanctions approved by the United Nations, promising to, as it puts it, "make the US pay dearly." The Koreans have defended their nuclear program, blaming the United States for exacerbating the crisis on the Korean Peninsula. Omar Dabbagh has more.
