Opal Tower investigation: What are the 'likely causes' of cracking

An interim report presenting the preliminary findings of an ongoing investigation into defects in the Opal Tower apartment building in Sydney has been published. The interim report, written by three of NSW's most senior independent engineers after a two-week investigation, went some way to giving them answers on the cause of the damage. Scott Chen from the North Star Design & Build reads into its findings.
