Dr Pradeep Taneja from the University of Melbourne insisted on taking his journey to China at early 80s, as India-China relationship was as complex as it is today.


Dr Pradeep Taneja is a researcher in Chinese politics and political economy at the University of Melbourne. He was one of the few Indian students studying in China at early 80s, when India and China's relationship was as complex as it is today.

In fact, he gave up his chance studying in Norwary, and insisted on taking his journey to China despite concerns expressed by his families.
