The federal government has announced it will spend hundreds of millions of dollars on defending Australia from overseas cyber attacks. As Yin Wu reports, the Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has publicly acknowleged for the first time Australia's offensive capabilities to deter attacks from overseas.
